International Orders

Unfortunately, Elements of Pet Nutrition is unable to fulfill international orders at this point in time.

Custom Orders

Elements of Pet Nutrition offers custom orders on all the powders and extracts available on our website. Custom orders range in size from 2 oz., 8 oz., and 32 oz. sizes. However, we are happy to make special arrangements for bulk size purchasing outside of the standard 2 oz., 8 oz., and 32 oz. sizes. If you would like to place a custom order, call our toll free number 888-595-6061 or send us an e-mail and we will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

Return Policy

Elements of Pet Nutrition offers full refunds on products that are sealed, unused and in good condition, within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. Weekends and holidays are inclusive as part of the 30 day acceptance period. In order for Elements of Pet Nutrition to accept returned items, each item must be sealed and in "new" condition. There can be no damage to labels and no bottles can be broken. All returned orders must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order number. Elements of Pet Nutrition does not refund shipping charges or return-shipping charges.

All returns must be shipped to Elements of Pet Nutrition with the return order number on label of the package. Returned orders that do not have the return order number on the front of the package will not be accepted.

***All items that are being returned should be properly packaged for return shipment.***
Damaged Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged, you must call the Elements of Pet Nutrition within 5 days of order receipt. We will re-ship your order and immediately start the claim process. Please save the damaged package in case a claims representative would like to view its condition.

Mistake in the Order

If you receive an order that has a mistake in it, first and foremost we apologize. Please contact the Elements of Pet Nutrition within 30 days of the date of the original order and we will immediately fix the mistake at no cost to you. After all, it's our fault, not yours.

Domestic Shipping Info

Most domestic orders are shipped within the continental United States of America via United States Postal Service. Overnight shipping is also available via Federal Express. Orders ship Monday thru Friday.

***There is no Saturday delivery for overnight orders. Therefore, Overnight orders purchased on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.***
